1.     Guacamole

Consisting mainly of Avосаdо, Guacamole is a blend of herbs, spices, and ingredients depending on your taste buds, it could be sweet and tangy or spicy.

This dish consisting of lightly fried tortillas and fried eggs is topped with several interesting ingredients. Especially fresh homemade salsa is used to garnish the dish and served with refried beans or known as frijoles refritos, slices of avocado, fried potatoes, native herbs along with extra chili and peppers on the side.

Are made with a white cream sauce, served with crisp tortillas and Mexican rice and can be also served with guacamole or sour cream.
