KLM offers Portuguese Language on Social Networks

KLM Royal Dutch Airlines introduces the social media services in Portuguese language. This presents opportunities to Twitter followers and Facebook fans to reach KLM 24 hours a day and seven days a week.

KLM offers Portuguese language services due to the strong demand especially from Brazil and the strong social media usage in Portugal. The airlines offers social media services in six languages – Dutch, English, German, Japanese, and Spanish and now in Portuguese. The airline will increase the number of languages rapidly in the future.

KLM aims to respond to customer complaints and queries in less than an hour with solutions. With the launch of social media services, travellers are able to select seating, booking tickets, cancel reservations and many more facilities.
