German Grand Prix 2019 to be on the spotlight this summer!

This summer will be full of excitement for motorsport fans with anticipation to witness most awaited German Grand Prix 2019 will begin July 25 and run through July 28.

This exciting race will draw an audience from all around the world to Hockenheim, a small town in the countryside Germany.

Mercedes will be the title sponsor to the race for 2019, which means the German Grand Prix will remain on the calendar for now. However, Germany is actually one of the calendar’s cheapest destinations when the ticket price is compared to the average monthly salary.

This year will mark the first time since 2005 and 2006 that Hockenheim has hosted Grands Prix in consecutive seasons.

2019 will be the first time that the German Grand Prix will have been held in successive years since 2013 and 2014 and the first time that it has been held at Hockenheim for two consecutive years since 2005 and 2006.

In 2002, the Hockenheim ring was a test track for Mercedes-Benz it was a fascinating circuit lies in the woods of Baden-Württemberg, today it is considered as fastest circuit constituted of 6 frightening straights and 17 bends, most of which are still relatively fast.

Germany is home to Mercedes AMG F1 team, who introduced Michael Schumacher known as F1 legend in Germany. He made his debut by winning sequential titles with Ferrari. Later his competitiveness led him to unsporting behavior, which made him fail two titles for the country.

In 2006, he took a long break from his sports career and his absence made a large audience lose interest in motorsport races. After three years, he made his comeback to Formula 1, in a spectacular way with Mercedes in 2010.

Unfortunately, Schumacher’s life dramatically changed due to a ski accident on 29th of December in 2013, he suffered from a traumatic brain injury that put him in a coma for six months until 16 June 2014.

The heart-breaking incident inspired his son, Mick Schumacher to walk in his father’s footsteps to accomplish his desires to be a winning racing driver in motorsports. Most of Schumacher’s fans also believe he will become the next legendary motorsport racer in Germany.

This July will be a ground-breaking and an emotional moment for everyone to witness Michael’s 2004-title-winning Ferrari re-entering the Hockenheim ring in the hands of his son in F1 races at the German circuit, it will recall the memories of his father the legendary motorist Michael Schumacher.

Since Lewis Hamilton won four to three times at Hockenheim and Nürburgring, most of the car race enthusiasts believe he has opportunity to beat Schumacher’s tally of German Grand Prix 2019 which will be a competitive motorsport event this year. Currently, Sebastian Vettel is on lead in Germany, a four-time Formula One World Champion and who won consecutive titles from 2010–2013 with Red Bull Racing.
